1. Introduction

Welcome to Pixle.

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and DeepFlow Studio (legal entity: Szájekk Bt.) governing your access to and use of the Pixle mobile application and any related services.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Pixle, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not install or use the application.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the minimum age required by the laws of your country to use the application.

If you are under the required age, you may only use Pixle with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, DeepFlow Studio (legal entity: Szájekk Bt.) grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use Pixle on devices that you own or control.

This license is granted solely for your personal and non-commercial entertainment.

Pixle is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted to you remain the exclusive property of Szájekk Bt.

4. Acceptable Use

When using Pixle, you agree that you will not:

copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense any part of the application;
reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code of the application, except where permitted by applicable law;
use the application for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
interfere with or disrupt the operation, security, or integrity of the application or its services;
attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or services;
use automated tools, bots, scripts, or similar technologies to manipulate gameplay, rewards, advertisements, or any functionality of the application.

Any misuse of the application may result in the suspension or termination of your right to use Pixle.

5. Intellectual Property

Pixle, including but not limited to its name, logo, design, graphics, interface, gameplay, software, source code, visual assets, audio, text, seasonal content, and all related intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to Szájekk Bt. and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, publish, or commercially exploit any part of the application without our prior written permission.

6. Purchases and Pixle Pro

Pixle may offer optional in-app purchases, including Pixle Pro, which provides additional features and/or removes certain limitations of the free version.

All purchases are processed by the respective application marketplace (such as Google Play or the Apple App Store) and are subject to the terms, conditions, and refund policies of that marketplace.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all purchases are final. We do not process payments directly and therefore cannot issue refunds. Any refund requests must be submitted through the platform where the purchase was made.

The availability and content of Pixle Pro features may change between application versions. We reserve the right to modify, add, or discontinue Pro features in future updates.

7. Advertisements

The free version of Pixle may display advertisements. Advertisements may include banner ads, interstitial advertisements, and optional rewarded advertisements that users can voluntarily watch in exchange for in-app benefits.

We strive to ensure that advertisements do not interfere unnecessarily with gameplay; however, the type, frequency, and placement of advertisements may change over time.

Purchasing Pixle Pro may reduce or remove certain advertisements depending on the features included with the Pro version at the time of purchase.

8. Third-Party Services

Pixle relies on trusted third-party services to provide functionality and improve the user experience. These services may include, but are not limited to:

Google Play Services
Google Play Billing
Google Play In-App Review
Google Mobile Ads (AdMob)
Firebase Analytics
Firebase Cloud Firestore
Firebase Storage

These services operate under their own terms of service and privacy policies.

Certain analytics features may be enabled or disabled by the user from the application's Privacy settings where applicable.

By using Pixle, you acknowledge that certain technical and analytical information may be processed by these providers as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Updates and Availability

We may release updates, bug fixes, security improvements, new content, seasonal events, or new features at any time.

Some features of Pixle may require an internet connection and may not always be available.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue any feature or part of the application without prior notice.

Seasonal puzzles, limited-time events, and downloadable content may change, expire, or be removed over time.

While we aim to provide continuous availability, we do not guarantee that the application or all of its services will always be available without interruption.

10. Disclaimer of Warranty

Pixle is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Szájekk Bt. disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.

We do not guarantee that the application will always operate without errors, interruptions, bugs, or compatibility issues.

Your use of Pixle is entirely at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Szájekk Bt. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use or inability to use Pixle.

This includes, but is not limited to:

loss of data;
loss of progress;
interruption of gameplay;
device compatibility issues;
temporary service interruptions;
loss of business or profits.

Nothing in this Agreement limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

12. Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until it is terminated by either you or Szájekk Bt.

You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling and discontinuing the use of Pixle.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Pixle, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated this Agreement or have used the application in an unlawful or abusive manner.

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this Agreement will immediately cease.

13. Changes to this Agreement

We may update or modify this Agreement from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices.

When significant changes are made, we may notify users through the application or by updating the "Last updated" date at the beginning of this Agreement.

Your continued use of Pixle after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

If you do not agree with the updated Agreement, you should discontinue using the application.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hungary, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Nothing in this Agreement limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under the laws of your country of residence.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

This End User License Agreement is effective as of June 2026 and applies to all current and future versions of Pixle unless replaced by a newer version.
